Nelis SPARLIN
16 Jan 2011 – Milton B. and Cassie PRICE SPARLIN’s son, Nelis SPARLIN would have celebrated his 123rd Birthday. Nelis SPARLIN and Bessie R. HARMON were married 22 Nov 1907 in Seneca, Newton County, Missouri and to this union four girls were born. I only know that one of their children married, Betty Jean SPARLIN. Betty married William Ray Hill in 1946 in Oklahoma and I believe they had one child. Are you a descendant of this SPARLIN or HILL line. If so, please speak up.

There were only three girls born to Nelis and Bessie: Mary Elizabeth, Jacqueline Nadine, and Betty Jean. I am Betty Jean's daughter Sandra Hill Miesse.
