William (Willie) Augusta Sparlin

23 Aug 2010 – John S. and Sarah Elizabeth SKAGGS SPARLIN’s son, William (Willie) Augusta Sparlin would have celebrated his 131st birthday today. He was born and raised in Texas. He married Etta E.
